My life has really changed a lot. I have more spirit and I am more creative. I returned to dedicate myself in the search of knowledge also in the area where I work. Before, I didn't even leave the house, I didn't have the courage to get ready, go for a walk. Today I am more willing, more secure. I took a leap. I met a person. He's been very loving. With Psychotherapy and tantra sessions and also a lot of meditation my life was changing. I am very happy.

The two meditations with circular breathing were especially intense and deep. At first they brought a vibration in the hand, then in the face, when I realized the whole body vibrated intensely. The hands felt as if they were locked. After that, I came into contact with something I had never felt before, difficult to put into words, but I felt very happy, I forgave myself, laughed and cried. It seems to me that at that moment the things of self-love, acceptance and forgiveness that I always struggle to achieve a little bit (and it is never easy, I don't always reach), sprang up in me in a very rich and intense way.

Participating in such a careful, profound and revealing experience allows us to be reborn before our own self. Write a new story with more humanized looks, touches and behaviors and aware that our vulnerabilities can be our strengths. One of the most remarkable and special experiences. Gratitude!

Simply unforgettable, it completely changed the way of understanding my body and that of my partner. It is a healing path with a lot of love and respect.

Immersion in tantra for men was a self-knowledge and healing retreat for me. The strongest blocks in our lives are the ones we don't even realize. And I knew I had a block in my love-affective life. And so I went for this immersion, with the objective of accessing this block, and releasing it, understanding it better and breaking out of the pattern of relationships in which I had been working. Intuition told me that this was the place and the time for that. But the immersion surprised me, far exceeding my expectations. Due to the dynamics of the group, when I realized it, the same relationship / affection pattern that lived outside was being revived there. And it was painful, but liberating, to see myself in the middle of it; to realize how I was putting myself in relationships (with me, with my body, with my uniqueness, and, from that, with the other). I would summarize this immersion in two words: catharsis / liberation and self-knowledge. Transmute what would be a block, and release what prevents me from experiencing affection with awareness and freedom. I would say that (at least that was my case) in that immersion, through tantra, you access what you normally run away from all the time. And in that encounter, you know yourself, accept yourself, love yourself, not as a fixed identity, but as a process, a movement. With that, you can no longer continue to feed the same false identities with which you have been hiding from yourself; reproducing the behaviors and thoughts that keep you more and more away from the spontaneous joy that you are, precisely for not excluding or denying anything, not even the pains. The feeling after this immersion is to be living in an authentic way, being myself at every moment, in every situation, with lightness. I am very grateful to that group, to Lukas, to Ratna, to Sarasi, for having created, together, such a healing, so strong encounter. Let other meetings come!

The immersion in Tantra for men far exceeded my expectations. The dynamics developed and the welcoming environment created promoted trust, listening, dialogue and cooperation between the participants, which was fundamental for the development of the group and each one. The acquisition or strengthening of the awareness that we are not alone in our experiences, pains and emotions related to the body and sexuality, added to the movements of self-knowledge and liberation that the work done seeks to generate were fundamental for success. I eat my first time on a tantric massage course. I figured I would just learn to do massage. But I finished the course with a lot more content than I imagined with so many dynamics that opened my mind so that I recognize myself as an incredible being, and so many other dynamics that made me see in the other respect for friendship and love.

Today, after having gone through the tantric immersion for men in LUMIAR RJ, I feel a lighter and more enlightened being. The collective evolution provides inexplicable sensations and this was masterfully conducted by the facilitator Lukas with special emphasis on his team: Ratna, Arthur Medeiros (spectacular for the commitment, availability, seriousness and unconditional love), Leo and staff of Pousada Mãe d'Água. I am less stressed, more patient and with more love for my neighbor and myself. I am still waiting for some reflexes to come, I am hopeful.

I entered open and willing to discover more about tantric massage. However, the experience provided me far beyond the pleasures of the body. We access our mind and spirituality .. emotions come up but in a natural and organic way. Without an appointment, in an almost magical way. Or beyond a magician. It was intense, it was real. It is a mix of feelings, what comes to mind is the following thought “I could have found Tantra, before, I would have suffered less in matters of life. But it is never too late to reframe our existence and flourish our garden!

Participating in the group was challenging for the beliefs and prejudices that we carry with us. The Lukas' guide and Ratna's lovingness were fundamental so that, little by little, activity after activity, the barriers are dismantled. The experience left me with the certainty that there is a new universe to explore, with respect, affection and consideration for the other. It was a very stressful week for me, and it was very good! I'll use Eça de Queiroz's words: Summary of yesterday: "I entered a superiorly interesting existence, where each hour had its different purpose, each step led to an ecstasy, and my soul was covered with a radiant luxury of sensations". !

You have no idea of ​​the hurricane that was this immersion in my life. Many discoveries .... in the last days (post immersion), I had contact with my inner child, all hurt, all repressed, all full of fears. I managed to hug her , and discovered things about myself, which I never knew in 38 years .... I am still in shock, but relieved and at peace with my inner child. It is as if I had taken her hand and said “you can do anything, we will not hide anything dear anymore!” Another thing that I cannot fail to report, is a comparison between the two experiences I participated in. The first put me in contact with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE to all beings. The second put me in touch with things repressed in myself, and that I had no idea of ​​the existence of this repression. In the first immersion, I found that the group connected very quickly. In the second, I found the group very "stuck", but this "lock" started to disappear after the wall and then on Sunday I didn't notice any lock ... well, that was my perception. Now I understand what they mean that Tantra is detoxifying. I have this with me today. The letter of lightning illustrated very well what happened. Thank you all for another revealing experience!

A week ago I immersed myself in one of the most powerful experiences of my life. Three beautiful and intense days immersed in tantra. Twelve men, with different profiles and trajectories, stripped of their armor, and seeking to access what is most essential and sacred in life, the transforming force of love. Immersion in tantra with Lukas Sato, provided me with an indescribable experience. The way in which the group was conducted, generated rapid rapport and a lot of delivery and complicity among the participants. It's been more than a week since I immersed myself in Tantra, but I still feel a lot of reverberations inside me. My orgasm is no longer the same: I feel everything more present and more intensely. I want more. I want long hugs and random cuddles. I want to stop for a while, aimlessly, to do nothing. I want to bring to light all the little monsters inside me, sit with them and have coffee. I want to look at a stranger, someone extremely different from me, and be able to see myself inside him. I want to allow my tears even more, be they of happiness or pain. I want to accept expectations and rejections, because they will simply exist. When I think I have reached a goal, I want to continue. And I want a lot more. I want to live, I want to be, I want to be.

The loving and simple way that Lukas conducted the Tantra Course, his vulnerability and naturalness were contagious! It made the process of undressing from the judgments of the Body and Sexuality a natural, effortless process. I felt very welcomed by the team, by the members of the Course, which made it unforgettable. It was a truly transformative weekend. My fiance and I were tense, it was our first contact with Tantra. The immersion of tantra for men was an incredible experience of personal transformation and inner growth.
