Let's talk a little bit about tantra and how my session works? 
 

Tantra, as a holistic therapeutic process, aims to achieve perfect communion between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body; sexual / orgasmic energy being an instrument to achieve this end. 
 

During tantric therapy sessions, the interactant is led to a process of self-knowledge/body awareness, sensory development, disassociation from the pleasure linked only to the genitals (mapping new areas of pleasure through the body) and to maintain the support of sexual energy by the as long as possible. 

When the interactant learns to sustain sexual energy, acquiring body control and awareness, the orgasmic explosion is much more intense and capable of traveling through the body's energy centers.

When the energy centers (chakras) are unblocked, when energy flows in harmony throughout the body, all areas of life gain color and come into balance. The holistic vision of tantra is to promote health through the completeness of the Being. 

To achieve a positive result during the session, I work in a very individualized way, respecting the particularities of each person and understanding that the healing process (whether of the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual body) cannot be done in a standardized way; For this reason, I try to understand the reasons behind the search for tantra through a detailed anamnesis, in order to adapt the service to each person's needs.

If you are looking for help dealing with trauma, with limiting beliefs that prevent a healthy sex life, tantra is for you.
