Mauricio Bastos

Graduated in Communication from FAAP (Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation). He has been working as a therapist for 22 years. He developed his particular method of individual care called Therapy of the Being, whose purpose is to develop real understanding and acceptance of one's true identity. This work has its foundation in Yoga, Buddhist Psychology and Anthroposophy.

It develops intensive practices of “Meditation, Breathing and Consciousness” in the form of workshops, courses and retreats at Espaço Integração, as well as in Yoga schools, Companies, retreat centers and similar spaces. He expanded his knowledge in retreats throughout Brazil and in suitable places such as India, Nepal, Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and the United States. He is a columnist for websites and magazines related to self-knowledge.

Creator and coordinator of Espaço Integração, he works in his office in Granja Viana (Cotia) and in Pinheiros (São Paulo). It also serves a therapeutic pool at 35°C with its own project: Aquatic Integration.
