The therapist Prem Birala Kaka showed great empathy and patience, listening carefully to my account of expectations and restrictions, before starting the massage on me. The activity of looking into each other's eyes was remarkable. I had revelations that led me to reflect on the fragility of life and relationships and the importance of taking care to cultivate love. So I was moved. The sensitive massage was impressive, arousing feelings of well-being, optimism, pleasure, and vitality, evidenced by chills and involuntary contractions on the entire body surface. During the Lingam massage I chose not to interact with the therapist through gestures or words indicating my limits. This required her to pay extra attention to my bodily reactions. I only briefly informed you at the beginning that I would like to feel diffuse sensations of pleasure throughout my body and delay ejaculation as much as possible. The maneuvers, therefore, were light most of the time, enough to maintain the erection from the beginning to the end, when there was a vigorous maneuver without interruption, which led me to ejaculate. The experience gave me self-confidence regarding the ability to maintain an erection for about 1 hour, without the anxiety of losing it or the frustration of reaching a climax before the desired moment. I was also able to learn that I can go further: receiving, several times, the most vigorous maneuvers, as long as they were performed with brief interruptions, and even so, delaying ejaculation until the end of the period. While I was doing the Yoni massage in Prem Birala Kaka, this instructed me to request help from the coordinator of the Nucleus, thus enabling the correction of some maneuvers.
