Experiencing sexual pleasure beyond what we know as normal is a transformative experience. We review what our masculinity is, much deeper, more subtle and delicate than we imagine, and yet so much more intense. My name is Jomar Melo, I participated in the course Renascimento na Cidade with the therapist Andresa, and it was a very enriching experience. The dynamics were well applied, and the result was clear in my body sensations initially and being completed with emotional aspects worked during the breathing process. The songs generated a harmonic vibrational field. At one point I felt very light, a sense of expansion and peace, like a connection to something much bigger. I think that the only way for me to be a better person is to free myself from accumulated emotional discomforts and traumatic experiences stored in my body for years; but for that, it is necessary to dare and face the Renaissance process that leads you to your best. It frees you from the past, and makes you see beyond. Too handsome. I loved the experience and I want to thank Andresa, who, with all the patience and love, led the group in a playful and professional way.
