Vivian Portela is psychoanalyst, has clinical training in cognitive sex therapy, which is a type of psychotherapy with a cognitive-behavioral approach, especially developed to treat difficulties related to sexuality. She combines clinical CBT interventions with a deep understanding of human sexuality issues.

She is the coordinator of Espaço Naveena/RJ, located at Av. das Américas 3500, Condomínio Le Monde.

Tantric therapist qualified in all modalities of the Deva Nishok method, works with individual and personalized care, aimed at self-knowledge, sensory development and orgasmic expansion, helping to control and understand the sexual response.

But what made me seek tantric therapy was an abuse that occurred in childhood that, although already forgiven, my body still suffered the consequences of touch.
