The experience with tantra for me is getting in touch with my true nature, understanding my intentions, my feelings, cutting the judgment of right or wrong. First I want to thank the metamorfose network for providing this moment and this space for us to write, I had never heard of tantra, maybe I still have no idea what I'm talking about, I apologize if I say anything nonsense regarding the practice, but I need to, at least less, trying to express what I felt and inviting other women to this incredible experience. I was with Leonardo on a Friday morning, the best way to start my day. Tantra was a suggestion from friends. I was very well received, I felt comfortable, even though I was very agitated and anxious about the practice. I'm very controlling and I like to know what's coming, but this time I went without much information, I just wanted to give myself this gift, I didn't even ask any questions. Léo was super welcoming and listened to me talk about my life carefully before I started. I went to get ready and went back to the room to start. We started with a breathing exercise led by Léo, who guided me throughout the practice with words and touch, which seemed to go through the physical. The atmosphere was super cozy, with music that induced me to relax and at the same time stimulated me in some way. This entire compilation composed of the space, Léo's voice, the touch, the sound, left me feeling more and more surrendered. I felt my face tingle, my body heat up and all the stimuli that made up the practice made me reach a state of pleasure that I had never felt before, a powerful force from the inside out, making me scream, putting all that vibration that needed to be exposed to Besides me. My first impulse was to squeeze Léo's arm, but I soon returned, my pattern of looking for another body next to mine was incredible, but the proposal was to rescue my potential (I believe). Léo was there just showing me what my body is capable of. Furthermore, I felt supported, safe, which made me cry a few times, an emotion, a love took over me, I felt fulfilled, cared for and at peace. I was able to see myself from another perspective. I wasn't in control of anything, just trusting the flow of energy around me and it showed how vulnerability benefits me, I just need to trust. Everything I experience, I draw a parallel to other areas of life, for me, it's all a lesson if I'm paying attention. And I lived intensely each present moment when I allowed myself to surrender. This course came at a time of great indecision in my personal and professional life. Lasting a weekend, it helped me to meet the real Felipe without the masks and expectations of society, family, friends, partner etc. The meditations made me see the path that I should follow and that I should take better care of myself ( body, soul and mind). As for the massages themselves, I discovered pleasures, sensations and points in my own body that I would never have imagined and could spend my life without discovering. Much gratitude to Pagal and Kali for this incredible weekend with new, unexpected and wonderful experiences and for sharing with us a little bit of knowledge. Well, trying to find words to describe what was the experience with massage and the course that was very carefully and sensitively done by Pagal.
