Ratna Bali

All dynamics were of paramount importance to my learning. Lots of self-knowledge. Today I am grateful to be satisfied by every particle of my body. I am beautiful and happy! And the experience showed me that. TPM Workshop September / 2019

I have always been a woman who was taught from an early age to be like a man, to live and defend herself. I had never been in a women's circle like the one I participated in. Feeling the energy of other women, listening to their life stories and exposing mine, knowing their wounds and stripping the soul in front of them, welcoming and being welcomed, was one of the most impactful experiences I had in my life. It is transformative to undress your breastplates and start feeling!

The awareness that brought me these days, doing PMS, the female complicity that was generated, culminated in a moment of change and closure of cycles. Every woman should allow herself, experience and feel, the subtlety of what normally passes, having a time for yourself, time with quality, daring and dignity. It was a truly transformative weekend. My fiance and I were tense, it was our first contact with Tantra. However, Ratna and Lukas, our therapists, were so welcoming, calm, didactic and loving, that we felt safe. All learning was a unique, unforgettable experience, capable of changing the way we always deal with emotions, desires and sensations. We learn to surrender our bodies to new and intense discoveries, we experience sexual energy without the fears, insecurities and pressures that permeate our relationship in other contexts. It was a turning point for our 05 year old dating, which was already incredible, full of love, companionship, complicity and affection. Our connection has increased even more and we will certainly start to prioritize ourselves more, individually and as a couple. Only gratitude for the opportunity to have made the Delerium, and for the flawless driving of Ratna and Lukas. We also love Comunna, people of light and wonderful energy, from the moment we arrived until the last minute we were there. Much gratitude!

I have always been a very shy person, closed and who had sexuality seen with many taboos. Conservative education and oriental culture suppressed many feelings and I came to think that I was the one who had a problem. All appointments with the psychologist I canceled at the last minute because I was ashamed to expose myself, to expose something very intimate and that I blamed myself for being like this. Discovering tantra and pompoirism brought me a tremendous freedom that all women should experience! For the first time, I found something that approached sex and sexuality in a non-pejorative way, very respectful to women and their time. It was a liberating experience.

The group was very integrated and we held the workshop in an atmosphere of total trust and acceptance. The therapists were incredible and led the group very well. The impression that before I was anesthetized and then woke up and started to feel my body vibrating.

When I signed up three months before the meeting I had the expectation that I would learn more tantric techniques. Internal and external processes happened during this period, and I changed my need: to awaken the sacred and wild woman inside me. what happened at the meeting was more than that: it was the welcoming of my child and my fears, it was the loving look towards the other women in the group. It was delivery and union in a safe and welcoming environment. I just have to thank the girls / women Fabi and Ratna, for providing a knowledge that I will take to all who will come.

Participating in the group was challenging for the beliefs and prejudices that we carry with us. The Lukas' guide and Ratna's lovingness were fundamental so that, little by little, activity after activity, the barriers are dismantled. The experience left me with the certainty that there is a new universe to explore, with respect, affection and consideration for the other. A different way of establishing connections with our bodies and our desire, that allow a greater connection with everything.

I arrived at the TPM and surrendered, opened up, killed my demons, broke the chains and PARI! Literally I gave birth, I felt the pains of childbirth, I experienced the sensation of childbirth, I gave birth and put out what afflicted me, what made me not feel worthy, not worthy of life, not worthy of being a mother of mine. children, not worthy of being happy, not worthy of being feminine, not worthy of myself, and that feeling of death left, gone, ended ... I gave birth to my life, my happiness, the mother I have the potential for be, the beautiful and happy woman that I am! I decided to be worthy of everything that life can provide me, of everything that the earth, nature can give me! I was reborn from me! I can bloom, I will bloom !! Thank you so much! A week ago I immersed myself in one of the most powerful experiences of my life. Three beautiful and intense days immersed in tantra. Twelve men, with different profiles and trajectories, stripped of their armor, and seeking to access what is most essential and sacred in life, the transforming force of love. All gratitude to @lukassato and @ ratna.teh for being the instruments of this transformation. To manage and guide all that energy explosion with serenity, responsibility and care is not for everyone, and you did it with all mastery. Gratitude to @ arthurmedeiros.gaia for the welcome. Gratitude to @ leo.breda for the wonderful energy and sensitive look in the photos. Gratitude to all of the Pousada Mãe D'água in Lumiar for their hospitality, and gratitude to the eleven companions on the journey for everything we live and that only we know. Today I can say that I am a new man, and that there is a word that sums up this transformation, without a doubt it is LOVE.

Before participating in the Tantra for Women (PMS) experience, I felt sexually blocked due to my separation, in addition to being shy. But since I felt welcomed since the initial contact with Ratna Bali to clear up my doubts about the event, I decided to gather the courage to participate. And, for sure, it was the best decision of my life. Because I managed to unblock myself and still released deep emotions from my body that I can't name. And the collective experience was incredible! The energetic connection between us is already recorded in my heart. I am immensely grateful to everyone who helped me in this crossing and in my moment of overcoming. I feel like another woman, more self-confident, and open to experiencing all the good things that life has to offer. That is, after PMS I am allowing myself to live, love and respect my internal process.

All the dynamics were incredible, each reframing an aspect of life. The word that translates this experience for me is FULL. I'm still ecstatic !!! TPM Workshop September / 2019
