I was very curious to know about tantric therapy. It was my first experience with massage. I had no idea what it's going to be like and what I'm going to feel. I decided to jump in the water not knowing what to expect. My motivation was to get to know myself and discover the Tantra world for me. Getting to know my own body, going through such a controversial new experience in society and analyzing what it really is, this experience of tantric massage to form my own opinion. A year ago I was emotionally fragile facing a marital crisis and with low self-esteem. In the desire to improve the relationship, I looked for a light. I believe that self-knowledge is something essential in the process of development of the Being, and at some point this need presents itself to the individual, unfortunately, in my case, this desire for self-knowledge came through challenging situations in my life. Suffering awakened the need to know myself, to heal destructive beliefs and feelings in me. At first it was very difficult to undress; and I'm not just referring to clothes, but also beliefs and paradigms; fear was another feeling that paralyzed me.
