I find myself in the process of breaking up! And the first days are still being intense battles to break my resistance! This experience is making me see something that until then I had not seen and would not accept. I never imagined nor would I believe that through the body I could access affective memories so intense and surprisingly discovered that they were still unresolved. With absurd resistance, I discovered a narcissistic state that until then I would have said unimaginable in me. And he blocked me from accessing the sacred. In the first experience of the course, after a meditation, we chose the archetypes that represented what we were looking for in this course. I chose Love, Power and Abundance. Each experience, each touch, each meditation ... made me feel emotions, which at the moment, seemed inexplicable. But at the end of the course, what left me was a feeling of deep, powerful and abundant LOVE.

With some reluctance, I accepted the invitation to receive a massage in the “pampering parts of nature”, as Sonia Hirsch says. More than a simple course and a weekend of immersion, a new universe opened up before my eyes and in this universe I was able to feel and experience the sensation of being much more than what I was always told, taught or what society, in a way in general, it advocates what we human beings are.
