The sessions I conduct work to activate energetic potential and help the person experience expansion, release of energetic blocks and blockages, reinterpretation of limiting beliefs in sexual and emotional expression, and connection with a more conscious and vibrant sexuality.

I use techniques from Tantra, Taoism, Sexological Bodywork, Pulsation, Bioenergetics, and Gestalt therapy.

Each session lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours and takes place at Kaya Terapias, in Belo Horizonte (São Lucas neighborhood), where I have been the coordinator since 2015.

The therapeutic work I offer dialogues with my worldview, which is clear about how important the process of embodiment (being in the body, inhabiting it with quality and respect) for personal transformation.

The Integrative Therapy that I offer is a dialogue, built session after session, experience after experience, which brings together the potential of all these therapies and tools that I had the opportunity to learn about and practice.

I registered for the Renaissance event mainly because of the advertised facilitator, and after confirmation, a few days before, I found out it would be replaced by PREM BEEJA and SHANTIDEVA. On yet another day, like so many others I've lived, I'm anguished by a life of stagnation during work hours with weekends off. It can't be just that; this existence has to mean something more. I immerse myself in searches, contacts, paths that might fit into this life I have today, and I cling to them; I can't abandon them. The desire is...

On another day as on so many others that I have lived, I am anxious about the life of goals during business hours with the weekend off. It is not possible that it is just that, this existence has to mean something more. I dive in searches, contacts, paths that are possible to fit into this life that I have today and I cling to, I cannot abandon. The desire is to be free, to face the world, to wander without plans, but attachment does not leave. I have a family, responsibilities, a career. And the hardest part, I have myself, the project manager. It's not the time to jump off the bridge yet. So my alternative is an escape on a long and scheduled weekend. I think it will. And I don't even know how I got to a video of a couple reporting their experience in the community. I liked it, I skipped several parts, I loved the fact that there are no words to describe the experience. I went to the indicated website, saw the program. The couple's video has already given me a lot of expectations, so, on top of it, I had 3 keywords in my head: mountain, couple, sex. You can only want it, right? that's what I'm going to do. Investment amount ok, schedule on a date that included weekend, totally possible. I cooked anxiety inside me, thinking only inside my head, without looking for much outside. A few years ago I really wanted to give myself to something with an open heart and I asked a friend for help. He said to me: be in such a place, with swimsuits, on such a day and time. Go with an open heart and you will be treated well. I held on and almost exploded so as not to ask questions. I tried to leave all my prejudices outside the gate, but of course, they went with me. On the other hand, I thought: Fuck it! Let's go to that ayahuasca. Because in my head, to get out of the body and especially the mind, it has to be strong, it has to be drug and it has to knock out my need to control everything. Once there, the event was a women's circle in a temazcal, a celebration of the feminine, of the cycles, of the connection with our nature. It wasn't easy, but it disarmed me from the whole arsenal of questions. The women were all vulnerable there, in a search, and the shit of being lost in the world united them all in that ceremony. From this experience and meeting with many others, I understood that my way to surrender with the intensity I wanted was to ignore it. The less I knew, the more I reaped. The hard part was inviting my partner. I thought about so many strategies and when I spoke I didn't elaborate much. I just commented that I wanted to make a proposal, he was suspicious, but curious. It took me a week to share the page. I already thought there was a “No, you know how square I am”, as it came in other conversations. And that I already thought about strategy 2, using all the power of persuasion and synthesis, as an irresistible slogan of those who convince you to buy an iphone of 5 thousand reais: 3 days on the mountain fucking me. Guys, who says no to that? To my surprise, I didn't have to appeal too much and his answer was: "come on, but you won't get stuck in a robbery". And then the rain of questions: “but what is it? what do you have to do? Do you have to be naked? Who are these people? How many?" And I had no answer to any of that, and I didn't mind having it. But I went to read more about it and at least I was able to answer that the part of being naked is just that. Thinking from my side: wow, it will be easy to pack! and thinking about his side, with the possibility of him denying everything. I asked him to think, because if that was an impediment, it wouldn't happen anymore. A few more days passed and he came to collect me: have you already registered? And then we did it together. When filling out the registration form I already noticed the size of the disconnection from our expectations, he wanting to open as little as possible, saying little, almost nothing or “I don’t know” for most questions, thinking about limits and rules and I exceeding the character limit in elaborating the answers (soon I, the person without expectation). I went back to the keyword premise to describe about both and it was. Very practical and impulsive, he has already bought tickets, has already programmed himself to release the weekend for the trip. I thought it was funny that he said he would be ashamed of being naked in front of others. WHAT? Beloved, with that beautiful body, six pack abs, athlete's butt, beautiful cock, within all possible aesthetic standards, are you the one afraid to undress? I kept that comment to myself, because we can't be too inflating a man's ego, because they are unbearable. It was then, undressing my expectations (laughs) that I went to Delerium with my three key words and dragged my man. I thought, well, in the worst case, if it is too much information for him (you see, any resistance can only come from him. AHAM), the worst that can happen is that we take a stroll through these mountains and stay close together. When Ratna asked at the entrance, "Any food restrictions?" I said no, and the list of non-food restrictions came to mind. But she didn't ask for that one, I kept it for myself, but it was all here, both my list and my partner's. And on Friday, the first slap in the face. A place totally without rules, the only rule that I had was not to pass. And I thought that I had not created expectations and overcame control (TOMA!). Thankfully, I didn't have to use that second convincing strategy of mine, as I would win the NOBEL of the 2020 lie. I arrived there at the door of that room with all my plans for containment in case of fire. If my love didn't want to stay, we would leave, if I felt I was trapped, we had the contact of the uber who brought us, if there was any activity that went beyond the capabilities, I'm totally excellent at saying no. I took off my slippers at the entrance, but I was incarnate in the goddess Athena, ready for war, full of desire to go over everything. But I didn't have to remedy any plans. In that first conversation in the hall, at the first glance with the facilitators, I dropped my shield and sword right there, undressed. It is not necessary to be armed when there is no threat. First night and we experienced something that had been lost so long ago, we return to how good and easy it is to lose yourself in the eyes and arms of the other. I commented at night that I had smells on him that I had never noticed. And the crazy Saturday came that made me cry, losing track of time, of space, of tingling my skin. They talked about pheromones and that connected with my comment from the night. Grounding came, Reich, and it all matched something that was familiar to me from a few years of therapy. And everything was connecting in a way that I don't know if it was where I found Delerium or if it was the training that found me. And my partner's testimony came for my journey of knowledge and we came together to the sensory world. And my companion's square bravely accepted all challenges, crossed barriers, allowed itself to dive. It is not square, there is no need to impose this low bar to decrease the responsibility of surrendering. He is complete and I too, we live different rhythms, which are re-synchronized, with a lot of respect for the other's time and form. Sunday arrived with kindness, inviting us to live what would be our construction starting this weekend. We are still a couple of few words and very affectionate. I am not going to put any more definitions on what the experience was, because it is still being, the process of digesting and assimilating is ongoing. While I live it is difficult to know what it is, maybe ahead of time I can look at that moment and describe what it was. I need to thank you for the driving format. We are educated for sex in science class, which use terms that distance us from our reality and still engage a discourse of fear connecting sex to teenage pregnancy and STDs. In some families, it is not talked about. In soap operas and films, everything hinted at, making it look like a relationship is magical and spontaneous. In the circles of friends, sex is a way of telling an advantage, it is difficult to approach, the discourse is biased and not necessarily true. And then there are the pornographic films, which is our only chance to see someone having sex and creating a performance, aesthetic and paucentric world that escapes the real. But it is with this material that we learn. And then this weekend came. A minimal schedule and I keep thinking that this material in other hands could become a product like shoptime: tired of the boring and routine sex? Bored to follow protocol? Has stressful day-to-day life made sex more of an appointment on your agenda? Your problems are over! Or an egocentric promise from those gurus: I created an infallible method of overcoming. I SHOW the way of truth, after knowing my teachings your life will be transformed. I got tired of seeing a man saying what a woman should be like, a priest doing couple counseling and the guy lives alone, privileged meritocrats telling a hero's journey as if he hadn't been born into an elite full of choices. I don't know how many other couples conduct this training, I just want to say that you make it all very special, the relaxed and light way makes all the difference. The form without form, intuitive, organic, which is being built as it evolves, which shows all the vulnerability of a couple under construction, addresses doubts, puts the mood of the discovery process, exposes itself in such a raw way, shares the insecurities that are natural in the whole process of breaking paradigms. Premali spoke about responsibility with the truth and I loved seeing that what was said is what was seen. Yes, there is truth, it is true! It is beautiful to see the demonstration, the gentle way in which you treat each other and share the word, it is a dance. What makes it all a magical moment is in the form, in the unpretentious and fluid invitation. What allowed me to surrender to the process went beyond the training objective. You, the conductors of facilitation, are the ones who open the way for us to step without fear. There is nothing more inviting than non-obligation. Thank you for being you.
