My experience in Renaissance training was very deep and intense, at the same time very calm and loving. I had moments of inhabiting dimensions of myself with a lot of energy of love, respect and permission to feel whatever came from feelings and sensations. I am feeling very moved, in a way as if I could establish new connections with people and the world.

It's always great to be in a group, as hearing someone else's experience always makes me reflect on my process as well. In addition to all the dynamics involved between people, fields of coexistence open up that are fundamental for us to better understand these dynamics and exchanges in life. In this experience I connected a lot with masculine energy, which I always found difficult due to some traumas in life, Thanks to the Renaissance, I feel that this has disappeared from my field and I have made great friendships that I will cherish for life.

I started out very stuck and introverted. But I started pretending and started giving myself to the work. I focused on myself. And I learned to breathe. Something that is complex to describe, but that gave me hope. Hope of being able to love and consequently not having any type of dependence beyond my own infinite and beautiful existence!

The course itself was very surprising, precisely because it was more than a simple tantric massage course. Everyone in the class left very changed (for the better). It's a very transformative experience and you'll still be able to work in a wonderful market that is Neotantra. I loved the breathing work, all very deep! In addition to all the key turning points that have happened, both personally and professionally, The group became a big family and a support network that will certainly help us a lot in continuing our work! The space is incredible, with a lot of contact with nature! I loved it so much. The structure of the place is like a hotel, with plenty of comfort! The food, which was included in the training price, was wonderful! Each day a buffet with a different menu, clearly made with lots of love by the kitchen staff! The quality of what was offered was impressive. I miss Comunna's food! I can only praise the professionalism and affection of all the staff who welcomed us from day 1! The teachers' conduct also deserves to be highlighted! British punctuality in work and strict adherence to the proposed schedule.

Training in TIR and Renaissance was a turning point in my life. In a very simple way, just with my breathing, I connected with parts of myself that I had never connected before. Rebirth Therapy is very powerful and Nishok and Surya's loving and firm guidance made all the difference in my personal process and in my training as a therapist.

Honestly, what to say about the experience is impossible, but come on, I got there with purely sexual intentions, just to know techniques to improve the relationship, to have a difference, but I didn't imagine what was to come, I achieved a lot more than I was looking for, the pleasure was greater than I was looking for, in fact I hadn't felt pleasure until the day of the course, but it's not just sexual pleasure, it's the pleasure of feeling alive, sentimental pleasure, the pleasure of joy, the pleasure of allowing yourself, the pleasure of accepting yourself, the pleasure of accepting others as they are, the course is transformative, it removed all the weight of a negative emotional charge that I had inside me, I cried with happiness, I paid for the course, but in the end who wins with That was me, what I felt and how I changed is priceless, THANK YOU!!!!

The simple act of breathing gave me enormous pleasure. I know that the process is daily and if we don't replenish our energies they will return to "normal". I want to put together a program to see if I can maintain this fantastic energy. I'm already planning to participate in events 3 or 4 times a year at Comunna. Very good.

It was a fantastic group, a wonderful experience... A beautiful group, with a lot of energy and a lot of love. I'm feeling full, stronger, more confident, more connected with myself, loving myself more... My experience in this training was far beyond what I imagined. I arrived broken, I left in one piece. Entire of me, of strength, of energy, of love, of creativity and the desire to spread to many people the cures and transformations that I experienced in the Comunna during those days. I was reborn to heal myself and help so many other people, like me, to die in life to be reborn more powerful, prosperous and integrated with divine abundance. I can only thank you for all the journey through these magical days!

Being at Comunna is a gift we can give ourselves! Each experience, each group, each dynamic is an incredible and transformative experience for all areas of our lives! Magical place for emotional and bodily development based on a lot of respect, acceptance, peace and joy!

All the dynamics were very important! But the ones that moved me the most were the burning of the paper with the negative things that we no longer want, the connection of the shaktis breathing the air and releasing it through the mouth, looking eye to eye and the post-Sensitive moment in which we hugged each other. Looking in the mirror was something very strong too! Being in the communna is already extremely good for our mind. And participating in an experience with other women who seek self-knowledge, self-love, self-analysis, sharing pain and being heard and welcomed, having positive insights to take into life, I can only thank Surya in the first place and the entire team that was present with your good energy to make us feel better every day. I just know that I will be back.

My expectations regarding the course were much higher than expected, although I have always heard very positive reports about the school. Contents and practices were very well translated and transmitted to the students. Beautiful place surrounded by lots of nature and good infrastructure. Food and accommodation very much in line with the location's proposal. I hope to return soon for other experiences. Gratitude dear Surya and Nishok.

Those days at the Metamorfose Commune stirred my soul. I felt the strength, the power of union, connection, affection, care in every detail. Everything perfect, care with love! I participated in the Encantaria das Shaktis and it was a period of much reflection on the feminine, on our ancestry, our culture, our bodies, our soul. Wonderful! Amazing experience!I'll be there next time! Certainty!

Looking inside has always been the way out. But having the metamorphosis community and such important people to help us in this process is simply wonderful. Through meditative processes come many insights that help us heal in a beautiful way! Breathing is part of the process. BREATHE BIG!!!! Surya and Nishok are fantastic. Surya with all his loveliness, lightness. Love . A wealth of details that only those born for this know how to do. I love this little piece of heaven on earth and I always ask for good health so that they can provide us with many cures!!!

Comunna's work is incredible!! I had the opportunity to participate 4 times (Melting, New Year and 2 massage courses) and I never return home the same person!! The healing and transformations are very profound and tantric activities bring me a lot of expansion of consciousness. I hope to have the opportunity to participate many more times!!

The course is very good and intense, where you reflect on yourself in search of self-knowledge. Learn to receive and generate orgasms in a light way without taking sexual connotations, in an intense reflective way but leaving it light.

Experiencing these days was a gift! They were experiences that showed me my divine potential, connecting me with my personal power, exploring areas of my body that offer me so much pleasure, so much love! Consecrating Cocoa, this ancestral medicine, which allows us to enter a healing portal that is our heart, was one of my best experiences! And living it all with the power of the Feminine, of the Shaktis, of sharing experiences, of smiles, of tears, hugs, dances, led magically and lovingly by Surya Sangeeta. I am writing with tears of gratitude and with my heart vibrating at the possibility of being able to experience this magic, this moment! The Commune is a portal of Love and Healing in every detail! In every corner there is a touch of Love. Meals divinely prepared with lots of love, very well served, very comfortable accommodation, completely adequate cleaning and hygiene. All this amid exuberant nature, with loving animals. Healing happens in this Portal, but everyone needs to experience what it is like to be in that magical hall. You access other dimensions!

I believed I was going to a course where I understood the effects it would have on me, but the truth is that I had no idea what would happen there. It was much more than expected, it was healing…

I am or was in a moment that is a little more silent and reclusive, in a moment of great professional and personal demands, with aspects of caring for father and mother..., anyway. I was able to have a little peace, it really is a feeling of gratitude, I saw the most beautiful people, most sincere smiles, it's as if I could be myself without the armor of everyday life. I was finally able to simply be again and have pleasure! Gratitude.

Each dynamic was a puzzle that was completed in the end. They were all very significant. Each one with its own essence of love and teaching. I felt a lot of security, love, complicity and respect. It was a special, magical weekend that brought me a lot of wisdom and love. It was a moment of healing for the body, mind and soul. Congratulations and gratitude for the immeasurable affection.

The experience of a massage course is wonderful, and we cannot describe it in words, we only need to live the process to understand. But I say that it is enriching and connects us with our body and emotions in a way that we had not imagined before, accessing essential things for our emotional evolution and as a human being. I am grateful every time I can participate in a group like this and learn more and more.

All the work carried out was extremely important so that I could take care of myself a little more. In other words, heal myself from the insecurities that inhabit me. I am sure of great confidence after training and I know that I can go further by believing more in my personal development.

Deeply reflective experience! Inward, in the form of healing. It's beautiful to observe your processes and the processes of other people who are in search of self-knowledge and self-development.

It was a magical, transformative, beautiful, transcendental process, which created an enormous proportion both within me and in the people who were together in this same purpose. Within me I was able to rescue and rekindle my essence, my courage, my strength and desire to continue in my process of transformation and development, of embracing and caring for myself more, prioritizing myself and letting go of everything that slows me down, limits me and demotivates me. I was able to look inside with more love, compassion and care, without penalizing or blaming myself for something that is already gone, bringing me to the present moment and all the attitudes I can adopt to prosper, follow and continue evolving. It was beautiful and an honor too, all the friendships and bonds made, watching each look transformed, each hug shared, each touch and new sensitivity, the development in all physical, mental and spiritual aspects, the dedication, delivery and love for each other forming a beautiful and powerful egregore. It was a great pleasure and honor to share these moments and course with everyone , which brought together so many emotions, learning, internal and external processes, gratitude to Surya who led the beautiful development process with so much love and wisdom 🌻

Comunna groups are incredible, where we meet people with similar purposes to ours and who are there to seek self-knowledge and healing. Exchanging experiences with the group adds a lot of knowledge and helps us to better follow this journey. The place is beautiful, it has a wonderful energy, the meals are varied and delicious, the rooms are clean and well kept. I've been to Comunna 3 times and each activity I was able to participate in expanded my awareness more and I return home feeling the transformations. Currently Comunna is my favorite place in the world and I will return whenever I can. Gratitude for your work and for all the healing you promote in the people who seek you.

I participated in a sacred feminine group, with other Goddesses and taught by the most enchanting Shakti, Surya. Surya taught us about love, about how divine we are, about value, respect, about how important and unique we are and how everyone can be happy, loved, feel pleasure, how perfect we are in other people's eyes ♥️✨
